On October 28, 2025, the legal voters of the towns of Danby, Mt. Tabor, and Sunderland are encouraged to vote at their town offices when the polls are open (see below) to vote on the Non-Binding Article required by Article 14 of the Taconic and Green Articles of Agreement.

Danby Town Office (Danby Voters) - Polls open from 7am - 7pm
Mt. Tabor Town Office (Mt. Tabor Voters) - Polls open from 10am - 7pm
Sunderland Town Office (Danby Voters) - Polls open from 10am - 7pm
